I have a sales force, what can NSL do for me?
 
If as a sales manager or director you are confident that every sales person and customer has actively engaged every single vendor offering you have in you prortfolio and that the customer account manager in the vendor has been introduced to the sales person and account then...... the answer is nothing!
 
If you are not sure then NSL can firstly find out how well the above is being done for a target vendor / vendors, then fix the problem by engaging trusted business development staff to enable it to happen.
 
How does NSL get paid?
 
We are engaged on a small daily rate (to cover costs) which is ofeten funded by both vendor and reseller and then we take a small percentage of the additional margin made on each sale facilitated by NSL.
 
How is NSL measured?
 
A report is produced on engagement that both the vendor and reseller sign off, this will show who, what and where the reseller is engaged along with details of the business to date in the specific area. NSL will then agree a target of activity and achievement that will engage the reseller, tdeliver the message, train the sales staff, generate the opporunities and ultimately close the sales.
 
How do I protect my sales opporunities from other resellers that have engaged NSL?
 
 As with vendor account managers the NSL BDE's are contracted to the reseller and are bound by the contract not to share any information that they are working on with other resellers they maybe engaged with.
